Programme Management Experience
TDP’s organisational arrangements ensure timely and effective delivery of assignments according to any Terms of Reference.
The key features of TDP’s management and backstopping arrangements are the following:
- An experienced project management group with extensive experience of working with National and International funding agencies
- An excellent pool of technical resources and institutional backstopping facilities
- Administrative support from TDP staff experienced in dealing with overseas contracts, supervision and training.
- A strong financial management team experienced in ‘claim management’, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience of partnership working with organisations both North and South of Ireland and Internationally.
Examples of work carried out since 2000 are shown below and total almost £10 million and demonstrates the capacity of the Company to manage high value projects in an accountable, efficient and effective manner to the requirements of a variety of funding bodies.
